Italian copy · websites from scratch · for companies that sell in Italy
Italian copy and websites from scratch, written for Italian buyers.
Vento a Favore does two jobs for foreign companies that sell in Italy: it rewrites your sales copy in Italian, and it builds your Italian website from scratch when you have none or it does not work. It does not translate: it writes for the buyer.
The first reading arrives within 48 hours and is deducted from the first job
Two ways in
Which of the two describes your company?
Vento a Favore works in both directions, at the same prices. This page is written for the first case.
Italian pages that read as if written in Italy
Your product sheets, technical data sheets, company profile and website, written in Italian for Italian distributors, installers and purchasing offices.
From Italy, into six languages
For Italian manufacturers and their export offices: sales copy in English, German, French, Spanish, Simplified Chinese and Arabic.

The problem, in practice
The difference shows in a single sentence
Under ‘Translated’, the literal Italian version: grammatically correct, and skipped over by the reader. Under ‘Rewritten’, the same information in the order an Italian buyer looks for it. The three companies are invented; the mistakes are typical.
The first line is correct Italian and tells a beautician nothing she can use. The second says what she needs in order to resell it: it stays in place around the eyes, fifteen minutes, single use, box of five.
Indagare ora
Richiedi un’offerta
‘Indagare’ is what the police do: the software read ‘enquire’ as ‘investigate’. It sits on the one button that turns a visitor into a contact. ‘Richiedi un’offerta’, ask for a quotation, is what Italian manufacturers write there.
Lunedi – Giovedi, 8:00 – 17:00
Da lunedì a giovedì, 8:00 – 17:00. Assistenza in italiano: chiedete del referente per l’Italia.
Two missing accents tell every Italian reader that no Italian has read the page. Nobody writes in to point it out. The rewritten line also answers an industrial buyer’s first question: who picks up the phone, and in which language.
A fact can be checked, and so it can be believed.
What Italian buyers check first
Food, machinery, surfaces, furniture.
Every trade has its own evidence. A food buyer wants the ageing, the ingredients and the pack size; a purchasing office wants the line it can paste into its specification.

The work

All prices

Examples
Finished documents, to open
Not a description of what could be done: the documents as they are delivered, in Italian, because Italian is the product. The companies are invented and the figures plausible but made up. They show the format, not usable content.

First reading
Ten observations on the Italian pages of a German maker of agricultural machinery. The €39 document, in full.

Product sheet
A French utensil for professional kitchens. Half story, half data: wall thickness, sizes, logistics, after-sales.

Technical data sheet
A Bavarian hydraulic power unit. Flow curve, technical data, versions and delivery times into Italy.
Open the PDFEvery document is delivered as a typeset PDF and as editable text, so it can be picked up and updated later without depending on anyone. A fourth example is on the documents page.
Price list
Full prices, no quotations
Days are working days, counted from the moment the material arrives, not from the order: if the texts come in on a Monday, the sheet is ready by the following Monday. The five sheets share one layout, which is why they cost less than five single sheets and take eight days instead of twenty-five. One round of corrections is included. The €39 for the first reading is deducted in full from the first job commissioned within sixty days, so starting there costs nothing extra. Payment on delivery, by bank transfer, with a regular receipt for every job.
The website, from scratch
No Italian website, or one that does not work? Vento a Favore builds it
It is a common story: a company that does good work, and an Italian page produced by software, or no Italian page at all. A buyer in Italy who looks you up finds that page anyway, and at that moment it is all they know about you.
Vento a Favore builds the site from scratch: a few pages, the facts at the top, copy written for it in Italian and in your customers’ languages. The domain is registered in your name and recharged at cost, the hosting is free, and the pages load fast on a phone too.
Your site already exists and only needs better Italian:
How it works
Four steps, and the clock starts at the third
The first two steps cost nothing and start no clock. Working days are counted from the moment the material arrives.
- First
First contact
A link to the page is enough, or a photo of the label. No form to fill in.
- Within a day
Three lines as a sample
A passage of your current text is rewritten in Italian free of charge, so you can judge by your own material rather than someone else’s example.
- Then
The material
If you like the approach, Vento a Favore needs the source text and the product data. The price is already on the list, and so are the days: five for a sheet, ten for e-commerce descriptions or the trade fair package, three weeks for a site from scratch. The count starts here, not from the order.
- On delivery
The finished work
Within the stated days, as a typeset PDF and as editable text, with one round of corrections included. The receipt follows.
Each job has its own timeline. Open the one that applies to you.
The first reading48 hours
The request The addresses of the Italian pages that matter most. Nothing else to prepare: the reading covers what is already published. A reply confirms what will be read and the amount, €39. If that does not suit you, it ends there, at no cost.
Within two working days The document arrives with ten observations, each with the sentence as it stands and the sentence rewritten.
A single document5 working days
Day 1 The source text and the product data arrive. The count starts here, not from the order.
Days 2 to 4 Rewriting and layout. Any questions are asked once, in a single email, not in five.
Day 5 Delivery as a typeset PDF and as editable text, with one round of corrections within thirty days.
Several documents together8 to 10 working days
Day 1 Material and order of priority: which document has to be ready first.
Days 2 and 3 The layout is set on the first document and approved before the others follow it. This is why several documents cost less than the same documents ordered one at a time.
Up to the last day The others follow that layout, and everything is delivered together.
The website10 days, or three weeks from scratch
Week 1 Material, the list of pages and a first version of the main page, to look at together.
Week 2 The other pages, in the same form.
Week 3 Checks on a phone and on a computer, the domain in your name, and the site goes live. Then thirty days to ask for corrections.
Where to start
Start with the copy or with the website
For Italian copy: the first reading, ten observations on what you have already published, within 48 hours, €39 deducted from the first job. For the website: write what your company does and who it sells to in Italy, and a reply arrives with the pages you need and the list price. Either way, no meeting is needed to start.
